Why SPARK?
In short: I’ve been there.
I know what it’s like to feel anxious, stuck, and disconnected — no matter where you are, or who you’re with.
When that happens, we usually chase the “next thing”. But what we’re really looking for isn’t a new plan — it’s a different experience of being alive. A new emotional home that makes progress meaningful, enjoyable, and sustainable.
These principles and exercises helped me shift my own life:
From being the always-nervous kid → to making calm and gratitude my baseline
From barely speaking to new people → to turning strangers into friends (and lovers) in busy streets
From feeling alienated in my hometown → to feeling at home anywhere in the world.
All of this became possible when I learned to stay present and connected to my best state.
I’m not here to promise the same specific outcomes — but to offer a fresh perspective and a space to experience life (and yourself) in a lighter way.
