This is a space for those who want to come alive.
I’m Miguel — a Psychologist and creative from Lisbon.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved to create. Music, books, ideas - you name it. But finishing and sharing was always a struggle.
So 7 years ago, when I discovered personal development, I became obsessed. I devoured courses, blogs, anything I could find.
My inspiration wasn’t “success”, but the promise of liberation.
Freedom to create without holding back.
Freedom to connect by unleashing my personality.
Freedom to live a life of full self expression.
This fire led me to travel, to become a Psychologist, and to build my skills in the corporate world — where, as Consultant and Facilitator, I spent years designing learning experiences for top organizations.
But deep down, I knew my real work wasn’t to serve systems that reduce people to resources, and life to a soulless routine.
I wanted to serve people like me.
Restless creatives. Curious minds. Explorers who don’t fit in, who dream of paving their own path. Those who refuse to be boxed in.
That is what brings Humanista to life.
What is Humanista — and who is it for?
Humanista is a living experiment in self expression — it exists to help you reconnect with your voice, in a hectic world that wants you to conform.
This is for those who feel stuck. Overwhelmed. Caught in between chapters.
The goal is to create the space, provide the tools and share the systems to help you come back to yourself — and consistently live from that place.
We’ll explore this through three core themes:
Presence — Slowing down. Honoring your needs and finding your rhythm. Laying a foundation you can trust.
Aliveness — Rekindling your spark. Bringing back curiosity and excitement to daily life. Reconnecting with what lights you up.
Connection — Sharing what’s real. Our identities only find shape in relationship. Your path clears up as it’s shared.
Together, these pillars help you live from intention (not reaction) — and create from a place of integrity (not fragmentation).
Let’s connect
For now, this space will be growing in the open.
If you resonate, reach out (comments / DM), and let me know:
What is your biggest struggle right now?
What type of support would be most valuable to you?
This is meant as a conversation — and I’d love to hear from you too.
